    Default Things on hold

My mental and physical health has degraded temporarily. I will not be posting for a while, I've taken quite a personal whammy. I have sought and obtained appropriate spiritual help. Prayers requested. I need some peace and quiet.

Sorry to hear about that Steve particularly at Christmas. I hope you get back on your feet soon and that maybe a little dose of the Christmas cheer over the festive period helps improve your wellbeing.
