I have 7 'dud' diodes up for grabs, they do put out some 445nm light--but even at 1.5A of drive current I couldn't get them to threshold.

Use them for whatever you want, taking pictures, running tests, etc.

Note - I have clipped off the 'case' lead (which is unused) to identify them as duds so they don't get confused for prime diodes.

Asking $20 for the fist one, $15 for subsequent ones, including US shipping and paypal fees. Also open to trades.
