It's a classic must have like the TTL Cookbook. I've read it several times and get a little something more each time. It is amazing to me how complex a mirror spinning on a shaft is in terms of the physics. Until someone develops shrith for real or goes to the ring world to get some I think we are near the physical max. Only way forward is a different way to bend the beam. Even mems isn't going to do it and electroacoustic can't make a large enough bend to be effective. We need a way to charge the beam so we can deflect like electron beam. Do that and win Nobel prize.
