Default Cambridge 6800 scanners on eBay

My new years resolution is to sell off all my extra laser show stuff and build a 1W whitelight DPSS projector And so it begins with a pair of Cambridge 6800 scanners:

These were removed from a medical scanner and are virtually unused. The bearings are butter smooth. They are the HPL type which have the cables soldered on rather than a connector. It's easy to connedt a DB-9 to the cables so they will plug directly into any driver. These are likely to be the least expensive 6800's I sell since the others all have standard mirrors and connectors.

If someone from the forum gets these and wants standard mirrors installed, I will do that at my cost ($75 plus shipping from Cambridge). I have the special jig here to get the mirrors mounted perfectly which is critical for good performance.

Do you have another set *WITH* the large gold mirrors?

I think they would be decent for YAG laser cutting.

OK, let's try this again. Another nice set of 6800 scanners on eBay. This time with more normal sized mirrors, although they're aluminized rather than broadband dielectric so don't plan on running more than a watt through them.

Also, a pair of CB6580 drivers. These came out of a different medical device and will probably need to be tuned up. Tuning docs included.

And the ever-useful XY mount. This one can be configured for XY or XYZ (mechanical blanking):
