Default Beam Combining and Dichroic Filter Order

I am currently in the process of building an RGB projector and in order to get a better white balance I am going to need more red, so I am planning on combining two LPC-815 laser diodes together. I have attached two figures below. Is the beam aligning process in figure 1 going to be a easy or a pain to do? Or is it worth it to go with figure 2 and spend the $70 to make the it easier?

Also, does the order of dichroic filters matter for laser in terms of red and blue laser output (red then blue or blue then red)?

Lastly, what is the best adhesive to attach the mirror or PBS cube to the 3-axis mount? Will I be able to remove a mirror or PBS cube from the adhesive without damaging it later?

I will be buying the following parts:

This is done with a pbs cube so diode 1 will be positioned horizontally and diode 2 vertically.
The mirror is just a means of putting them side by side to save some total space but doesn't make a difference for the result.

You are also talking about dichro order, i found the following information on rob stanwax his lasershop site:

please make sure you search the forums about polarization. one laser has to be vertically polarised and the other horizontally if you just use a pbs (or else you loose half the power). or you can use a waveplate and keep the same polarization

2 part epoxy will do the gluing part, not sure about the removal part though. don't use instant glue, crazy glue etc etc

the dichro filter order depends on the type of filters you have in hand, in mine i go red, then green, then blue, as i have rflect green and reflect blue dichros. other people prefer to have the red as close to the galvos as possible

IF you need to remove a cube after epoxying heat it in the oven it will soften up.

Laser (the acronym derived from Light Amplification by Stimulated Emissions of Radiation) is a spectacular manifestation of this process. It is a source which emits a kind of light of unrivaled purity and intensity not found in any of the previously known sources of radiation. - Lasers & Non-Linear Optics, B.B. Laud.
