Default quad blue and red kniveedge systems with electronic circuitboards

Because i need fundings i have to sell of my brass blocks to combine 4 diodes. The brass colimators are raisable in height so you can stack two and two on top. I have electronic circuitboards to wire two diodes in series. The boards are mented to put 2 blue diodes that have isolated cans in series but if you remove a small piece of track between the diodes you can use them for red open cans too. You need a Flexmod to run the red opencans parallel with a balast resistor of 1ohm and 0.5 watt. I have good lenses available. I sell the brass blocks seperately without a aluminium baseplate but for those who are interrested in building a 8 setup with PBS or even better with a telescope i have two baseplates with optic table available. Below a list of what i have 4 sale:

5 brass blocks dimension 54mm in lenght 32mm wide
2 basplates to make an 8 setup with optic table.

asking price 160 euro for 1 brass block with electronic circuitboards.
300 euro for an 8 setup and i will throw in the baseplate and some extra circuit boards to swap your open cans to 640nm diodes. Flexmods are sold by DR lava

I will post some pics tommorow at 13 meters to show everyone the specs of my quad to proof that this system will work. It has 4 LPC822 in it with a flexmod and tec underneath it. I will bring it to the Lem at hobbybobs minilem

Laserman suggested to offer a kit so here it goes the kit contains the following items:

    Brass block
    black anodisized housing
4 circuitboards. 2 for building it with open cans and two for swapping to go 640nm.
4 plastic pins to isolate te block and to raise it for putting a tecplate underneath it.
4m9x0.5 barrels to hold the lenses.
    1 20x20 peltier

    price 250 euro including shipment.

Flexmod is sold by dr lava to putt it on the back like i did.
    lenses are sold by me

Tec drivers for this kit can be found here:

I decided to drop the price from the brass blocks to 125 euro with 4 extra electronic circuitboards. With housing and peltier 200 euro. I need money to fund other projects

Looks good Johan, I would really like to see an independent review of your quad!

bugger to hear that Zoof, but your always welcome to drop by, since this will be more of a tinkering session than a projection session (because of the available space).
But it will be interesting to learn from eachother.
    I didn't fail !
I just found out 10,000 ways that didn't work.

yes please come i have some very intersting things to show and its always nice to have you arround.

The beamheight is 20.5mm from the bottom of the brass blok. With a baseplate of 5mm and a tec in beween from 3.5mm you have a beamheight of 29mm that matches the CNI and laserwave greens.

I also have housings that fit the quad block and i can point out the good reasonable priced lenses.

When the time comes that the 640nm diodes are become cheaper then you can swap the circuitboards with 650nm for the circuitboards with the 640nm diodes. Pretty good investment for the long run if you ask me
