    Do you have a datasheet for the LPC822?

    No it is an open can with a shorter die than the 815, less output, but like other new Mitsubishi diodes; when over driven to mental current levels it loses power to the point of becoming an LED, then recovers when the current is returned to sane levels.

    Ideal for the pointer boys trying to stuff an Amp into it.

    If my counting is right we are 5 pcs of LPC815 from 100, please put me up for 5 LPC815 also and we are good to go
