    Default LDS vs Mamba

That is a little better deal than we got on the LDS pro. I would try for it. Does good with the wide move 9024 galvos and driver. The software is a big upgrade compared to the Mamba system....even though they share some common points. The LDS will support realtime audio from a CD,MP3, or live input. I can vouch for Joachim being a great person to do business with. He has a long history in this stuff......from the ground up knowledge.

    liteglow;

I don't think it will run both of your DAC's at the same time from one machine... (Think you need a daughter card in a separate computer to sync the two up - something like that.) But I might be wrong... Most of the really good information I've been able to find about Mamba is in German, and my German is *really* rusty...

If I were you, I'd write to Joachim Mueller and ask him though. Give him the specs on the two DAC's you have and ask him about compatibility....

Default I got repy from Joacim :

    Hi Filip,

Short answer: Yes, 2 USB-cards are possible at the same time with different showoutputs.
But this is just for USB.
    Parallel DAC I don't know.
Please don't try to mix parallel card and USB-card together.

    Regards

There are a couple of key point in witch they differ.

    - Unlimited number of tracks on timeline
    - Interactive VST2005 video tracing (coming soon)
    - SMS2Laser for standard Siemens/Nokia GSM phones
    - Running text on timeline with morphing or animation
    - Raster TV (coming soon)
    - Sync to CD, WAV, MP3
    - Unlimited number of projectors
    - ViPro Virtual projectors with individual geometric correction

I think this is all features in black only.
You know, I have one simple request. And that is to have sharks with frickin' laser beams attached to their heads!

This is not in the DEMO ?
I have played with the demo for some days now...
And what you mention above is not in there (i did belive the demo was 100% but without laser output)

And something else, i DONT manage to input a ilda animation into the timeline

It seems like that mamba is more designet to make wall effects, and not beam effects....
I cant find out how I can draw a simple beam effect in mamba..

But anywa, i`m buying mamba and the USB easlylase 8) 8) 8)
Ohh i cant wait untill i get it now
