MIDAS: My ILDA Doesn't.......Awww Shit.
haha mophead .... my favorite ...
Mr BQueen ... ( if i may call you that ?)
You certainly have been through a self inflicted experience that i certainly would not want to go through ...
imagine for one moment .... that your laser projector is a fluffy little kitten.... that has no legs ... or eyes ........... or head .... and needs to be handled with exceptional care .... because without you looking after it with the tenderness that it requires, it could not lead a normal life ..... would you accidently leave that defensless little legless, eyeless, and not forgetting headless Kitten on the bus... no ... so why would you accidently drop your Laser projector on the floor .... its the same thing ....
Next time you are working on your projector .... just remember that poor little Kitten ...
And as far as ADMIN goes ... he wont spend most of his day moving posts around because of other peoples F*ckups ..... just delete the post and repost in the correct place ...
the reason this place works so well... is we all respect the fact that he keeps his nose out of other peoples business .... unless you make it his business by pissing off the majority of people here .... then feel the rath of his swing .... faster than you can say "Babe Ruth" and babes Bat was a fraction of the size of Admins and admins is not as round ...
all the best .... Billy Banthai

Well said
However I wouldn't consider it a fluffy kitten in such a state, poor little kitten.
If I were you, I would assign my projector a safe spot not near a ledge/water/a place where it can drop or gather dust.
Store it in a container perhaps or on a location on your desk *away from the edges* or a safe or a sturdy closet *with enough space too*
to store your projector in when not needed.
Done lasering? taking a break for a moment?
Store it.
I hope your projector will still be working over ilda.
Let this be a warning for you though, it could have turned out worse.
Rather be overprotective, and keep it in good shape then break something.
One could always be more protective.
I didnt want it to fall..im sure everyone dropped something in their lifes...everything could have been prevented...
I weared long clothes that day, its just that the impossible happened that morning
A cute kitten could still die by something that could have been prevented.
Basicly im saying thanks for your worries but accidents always keep happening, we dont live in heaven
But like i have said i have toke pj's advice and put the projector away on my room in a corner. Cant imagine a safer place, next to my air gun and crossbow and blow pipe
And by the way i expect my galvo's to arrive wednesday
And as long you dont call me something woman or stopid alike its okay
You are unique! Just like everyone else...
Mum: What do you want for breakfast? Me: Lasers Ofcource!
Dont laugh at my Kitten ...
She was wonderfull .... very well behaved .... never ran off .. never disruptive ... noisy or caused problems around the house .... she was the best kitten i ever had .... although she did spend most of her time in the litter tray
i had her when i was six ....... unfortunatley she only lived a very short life .... mainly due to the fact that due to slight genetic issues she had a digestion problem ... we did try feeding her via colonic insemination ..... but unfortunatly my father could not afford the vets costs... so improvised using fish paste and a balloon pump ..... which went tragicaly wrong ..... it took my mother weeks to remove the stains from the wall paper ... i still have bad dreams about it ... but i must block them out by only thinking of the good times ...
anyway i still keep this photo in my wallet of her ... which was taken when i was young so unfortunatley its in black and white .... isnt she wonderfull
