900mW + 640 modules. Who does them?

Ok, so if you were in the market for a 900mW or greater 640 module, who is making these currently?

Kvant (Synchrovision or Marc)
RGB?

Anyone else?

I know Laserwave had a quad but I know it had problems. Not sure if Bridge has resolved these as he has for the dual cubed modules.


And I guess the prices are horrific, but is there really any good alternative at the moment?

the KVANTS are quite amazing. I have used/sold upwards of 12 >1W 640's in the past 4 months and not a single issue with any of them. Yes, they are definitely more epxensive than the more budget firendly chinese ones (i think. i have heard they are pretty epxensive also), but you definitely get what you pay for.

the beams are damn near perfect and the build quality is superb. just lifting it up you can tell it is quality. the heads weigh a ton!

Very happy with my 1.7W 640nm from RGBLasersystem (12 diodes perfectly aligned in a small beam and mega stable!!!). I guesss you won't find more rock solid and better designed than these. Also the driver is inside the housing and that's a positive point I find.

Also the Kvant units seems nice and similary priced, but I only had a 300mW unit on my hand so don't know about the more powerful ones.
