    Does anybody know what diodes are used in this module? This brochure is from 2008.

    hey doc
    there is a gb on those diodes with daves 640 gb http://www.photonlexicon.com/forums/...ighlight=640nm

    they are listed at 170mw but are happy to run at 200mw all day long

    or give francesco a shout he has them in stock
    When God said “Let there be light” he surely must have meant perfectly coherent light.
