Hahaha, I really did think of this.

I own a speadboat for my hobby Wakeboarding.

I own a racebike for my hobby motorcycling.

but my most expensive hobby is LASERS. really...

most hobbys you just spend allot of cash and you are done for the big part. but lasers is just a never ending money pit (if you want to do it right)

The difference is stamps will only increase in price over time, so it a good investment.

Lasers is a very VERY bad investment, 2 years a ago a 500mW 445nm blue costs over 2000 euro, now only 200 euro.

10 years ago the cheapest galvo set was 500 euro, now 50 euro.

    etc etc.

    But lasers are more fun

"more" fun? Edit that into "are" fun.
Because stamps do not have any fun factor at all.
I rather play bingo the whole day with old people then collect stamps.

I will only play bingo with the oldiez if their price is 1 million
Then I'd say: "FOOK yeah BINGO TIME!"

Mccarrot is right about the Money pit. Its an extremely expencive hobby. If you want to keep it affordable start developing that someone else needs to finance your build.
I also like trading things for people that have skills that i don,t have. Then you can help eachother out with keeping your wallet closed.
