If you ever share a room with Jon, either sleep with OD6 Broadband goggles on or those black eye masks women love... I have no problem with this at all, Boss, Just sayin.. But after checking into the room at midnight, at 4 AM he will get back up and start programing a show with a 2 watt RGB and special targets taped to the wall. Once the show is programmed, he will dose off, until his subconscious decides to, A. Make improvements to the effects, or B. Move one point in a image in frame 2473 of 6395. C. He starts on the emails.

The goggles are because your eyes are dark adapted during sleep, and you will sense the graphics on the wall through your eyelids.

He CAN sleep in the passenger seat of the box truck on a hot summer day with the windows down, on a bumpy Michigan road, with the radio blaring out Comfortably Numb.

Jon is a machine when it comes to field work.

If you get enough Irish Car Bombs (very strong drink, and you will need to supply least 4) into him, he might stay down till 8:30-9Am, provided it is a road trip day.

I guess there'll be somebody with some way to contact him throughout the trip, be it by phone, or some other means.
