FB3 XE not detected

Last week I decided to purchase an FB3-XE. I have received very quickly from francesco and have installed it tonight. However quickshow doesn't seem to detect my FB3. However, LA studio and Livequick do pick up the device just fine. So I think it's a problem with quickshow.
The first program I opened after installation was showrider, it told me that the firmware of my FB3 was outdated so I let it update the firmware to version 7. After that I tried livequick, that worked perfectly. However when I start up quickshow I get the following screen : (attached in attachments).

The FB3 shows up as connected but only for a second or so, then it disconnects and it no longer shows any FB3 connected.

Can anyone help me?

I will contact you tonight with a new update. This might be my mistake...
I did update the firmware of this FB3 but I probably gave you the wrong version of QuickShow.
Sorry for this, check your mail in about 10 minutes for another version of QuickShow.
This should fix your problems.

I had the exact same issue with mine, and it was resolved with an updated QS.exe
