made with 780 lumens flashlight, should be enough.
The problem is caused by the countersunk screw. You need to use a cap head screw with a washer.

aaaaah, it was the washer i forgot!
    going to install it nowwwww

Edit:thank youuuuuu its alot more solid now
Still bounces and moves a bit but turning the knob a bit already makes this go away. Its also even better white now. Probaly because i re-aligned the blue and last time alot of the blue was leaking.
Last time the white was a little bit on the pinkish side. Now it is better for my feelings. But i didnt saw the beams yet.

    I thank you again.
Now i only need a cheap glasslike window for the beam aparture. Anything recommendable thats easy to install?

Wow this really was a adventure:O

    BUMPYDUMP!
the flightcase i used was way to big so i made some changes using wood

and here you can see how well the isolation between the wood, the fan filter and the uv filter does its job:

was a long day today, but im happy with the results.
next week im trying to get stickers, somewhere in the netherlands. (anyone knows a good shop?)
Then i also need some kind of hook system to hang the projector on the ceiling and to carry it around.

yes the control panel is on the inside but meh i dont mind about that.

on the right bottom of that photo there is a power converter board thats taped inside plastic foil so it wont touch anything. I cant screw it down the baseplate since there are no holes on it.
I can throw it away once im going to purchase new modules after the holidays in france(corsica), wich will come wiht a power converter unit that can be screwed to the baseplate.

And the control panel and ilda board are very close to each other, and thats why there is one big spagetti of cables on the right.
But i tie-ripped the cables of the galvo system and boards.
The other cables going everywhere are not going to be tie-ripped because i will remove them anyways when i buy the new modules.

It's not offence actually, it indeed sucked that i had to change constantly at first and I really didn't like to do it.
But this date is really the date. There's nothing able to come in between.

Question what kind of glass are you using for the laser apperture? Also i hope you did neve touch it with your fingers / hands.
Finger prints could lower power to 50%!
Do you clean it with purusol or was it already nice and clean?

Yea did touch it but cleaned it with stuff my bro uses to clean his camera lens.
Its a uv filter i use on beam aparture.
And i doubt power can decrease 50% by having fingerprints on it, unless my fingers are just dipped in pure oil or something.
My lasersbee is indeed not giving me great results but thats desame when i measure directly from beam aparture.
I think the chinese company who said 100mw and 200mw to ne are actually half or something.
