Default Visual Basic 6.0 urgent help needed

I got visual studio 2008 and visual basic 6.0
    I recently installed visual basic.
When I open visual studio 2008 project files (.sln) it opens with the visual studio 6.0 interdev.
    I Really don't want this.
I can't refer to the visual studio 2008 interdev or anything, The 6.0 will still launch when I click it.
    I can't remove visual basic 6.0
I need the setup.slf to uninstall.

Can someone with visual basic 6.0 give me his setup.slf?
    It can be found in:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Common\Setup\1033

My operating system is windows 7 64 bit.

If someone give's me this file I can modify it for my installation and uninstall vb6.0
    then Install without interdev.
    Please, someone.
The setup.slf on the cd is empty so I can't use that one.

I can't find a setup.slf on the net, but It's my only solution.

Tried that, doesn't work. It will still use the vb6.0 interdev, even when pointing to the visual studio 2008 interdev.

Like just throwing it in the bin??
the whole map ? as uninstall refuses.

If uninstall fails; you've messed around yee-too-much.
What's the error code it's failing with?

"REPAIR" install of VB6 may get it in to a sensible state.

It wanted the setup.slf to uninstall.
but It does not have that.
the one on the CD will not work.

Even though the uninstallation is not that clean, just throwing away vb6.0 solve's the problem.

now I just install vb6.0 without the interdev.
