Hello all,

I would like to have everyones opionion on what he thinks is a good date for the Next Big LEM in the Netherlands.
I also accept the opinions of PL'ers not living in NL but might attend if they'd like.
The location I have available for my LEM is mansion overvoorde, located in Rijswijk.
Some might heard about it already.

And I'm happy to announce something that has been considered a either a joke or a fun or awsome idea.
Drinks are being served by men + woman in a techie looking cosplay (DR with goggles and such)
They get paid for this and it's more gender friendly then my previous idea.
Since location costs are 0 euro's the costs will even be then very much acceptable

You can consider it exagurating, plain silly, or FRIGGING AWSOME.
It's more of an extra "feature" to make this LEM an exceptional LEM.
But remember to try to keep your eyes on the lasers in the end
your opinion on that too is possible.
I would be happy if PL'ers can respond if they are interested and what they think the date would be best for themselves.
I will try to get a date as soon as possible, so I can inform these girls about this too.

The girls are used to wearing these costumes so there is no worry about it
Also they love lasers and some love gaming.
They are all originated from the netherlands, but all speak fluent english so that should work out just fine.


LEM is outside, but we are free to use the whole space, it's protected by a gate and I will make sure there will be extra cover if any rain would break out (Not taking risks here).
LEM must take place on a warmer day, so next week will be way to early.

I suggest somewhere close to summer, but no summer yet, on a saturday.

It's a sad day when the tiny minded whining PC brigade start to affect our hallowed sanctuary.
If you are organising a LEM then you decide what is acceptable at your LEM and people can attend or not based on that info.

Do you think the whiners would attend anyway?

Grow a pair and stop pandering to the small percentage that will find offence in just about anything these days (were they transported here from the Victorian era?)

Do the majority want 'em?
Then base your decision on that (and so far all the comments on this thread (the majority!) are supporting it).
