I'm digging that enclosure. Did you buy it or machine it?

ID:	23938 Can set up as dual diode with a machining of new diode blocks and flex mount for mirror. Killer DPSS beam quality with DrLava's optics.

Cool. Is anybody selling 1W singles like these? Nice looking builds, both of you guys. Got any internal shots? Oh yeh, you'd have to kill us if you showed us, huh, Andy ..

If you told us you'd have to kill us? Could you just give us a hint, and you can poke us with a pointy stick ?

Nothing to hide....copper blocks, one base and one for diode bolted together with #2-56 SHCS, machined to hold diode directly, G-2 lens in cylinder, on machined way to hold first cylinder lens, 2.5mm hole filter, and final cylinder lens. Tec has a centralised hole for ease of securing to baseplate. Thermistor is tucked into a deep hole very close to the diode.Click image for larger version.
