I created multıple topics under different sections to get attentıon ı just regıstered to thıs forum and ı dont really know how thıngs work around here yet.

It'll get you attention for sure, on most forums its called cross-posting and on most forums it'll get you banned as its not considered very good manners (akin to spamming). As far as internet etiquette is concerned, it's 'bad'

It also makes for a confusing read as you have lots of answers spread over lots of threads.

Oh for crying out loud... You two ought to know better than that. 3rd grade = Junior year in College. Otherwise he wouldn't be talking about graduation, class projects, and a $1000 budget. Did it ever cross either of your narrow minds that English might not be his primary language?

It would be helpful if you could explain the goals of your project a little better. Do you have to build everything yourself, or are you allowed to purchase a complete system off the shelf?

Thanks for the welcoming so this project is mostly about "getting to know a new system and putting it all together" they dont expect much programming in this one. So it will be ok if I use commercial software and buy off the shelf hardware but they do expect me to put them together, explain them how I did it and where I got help.
When it comes to my goals actually this part is very open. The only thing they said is they atleast want it to show animations, and sliding text. But they told me to be creative on this part.

ok, given that we still don't know where you are in the world (profile-->location) this could cause problems, particularly as a lot of the cheap stuff you might require may need to be shipped from China/the East, and all of the associated shipping delays.

based on the info you give, even the i-trust controller is more than enough
moreover, it seems that you don't need high power

so, get a green (532nm) ttl modulated laser, around 50mw (cost around 50-80 usd)
get the i-trust controller (cost around 100-130 usd)
get a set of cheap galvos (cost around 100-150 usd)
spend a bit more on an enclosure and switches, cables, misc hardware

so, you have a low power, single colour laser projector for less than 350usd)

I dont have any specifications on the number of colors so I assume it can either be single or multi colored. It is going to be used indoors. So this basically will be enough but I do want to make something a bit more impressive so what would you advice. maybe a faster galvo or multicolored maybe 2?

Whatever you do... stay away of the ishow program.
It's not good and it has an huge dislike factor, it's really disrecommended for any proper laser projector usage.

arras, the riya multibus dac has an sd card show player built in, you can just put an ild show or multiple shows on it once then you dont need a computer to use it
so that counts as a cpu controlled player there is also free software with it and various free stuff you can use with it, dr lava on this forum sells them, he could also proberly set you up with a cheap laser and driver too, as for scanners as this is a school project there is plenty of cheap chinese options on ebay good enough for your use or maybe somone on hear has a cheap set for sale

Thanks for extending the apology Steve. I felt a little bad that he was jumped on immediately and accused as that's not the sort of fellowship and helpfulness I'm used to experiencing here and it bothered me today. I understood the multiple postings and that he wasn't 8 years old studying IT. Hell... I've posted in the wrong spot merely based on the exposure to possible answers certain threads provide. And it's not the first time someone has entered into this arena with a small budget, not fully appreciating just how expensive these toys can be. Thank eBay and the chinese for that...
