the 20k with the writing vertical is offset,.with the writing horizontal- gain.

so the offset should be set so there is no offset when the output is zero, the other trimmer should be set to output 10v p-p

At a guess, a double sided board with solder mask and silkscreen and plated thru holes(so no wire links needed) would be in the 10-20 dollar price range. All you guys would have to do is buy and solder in the components, and there you go.
