    Default Japanese Members

Do we have any members in Japan? Anyone know?

So terrible whats going on over there. Lots of amazing stories though too. Not gonna lie, i shed quite a few tears watching news reports of the disaster. I honestly dont know how i would react in a situation like that.

Anyway, sorry. didnt wanna be a kill joy here. lol. just curious if any of the "PL Family" is over there and if they and/or their families are safe.

Agreed, It's very sad to see whats going on there. I'm so impressed with the Japanese people
in the way that there's no violence and looting. And that they pull together as a society to get through this tragic time. If the same thing happened here in the USA, there would be total
breakdown and lawlessness. People think it can't happen here and most americans have already forgotten Katrina.

No shit.. They are very honorable and civilized. It's nice to see that. I feel so bad for those poor people looking through the rubble for their family members hoping to find them alive, that is so sad.

The scale of this disaster is beyond belief and it's a long way from over.

Some of the Tsunami videos on Youtube and Liveleak are truly heart sinking. This disaster makes Indonesia look like a minor flood. It seems the earthquake did very little damage due to the fact that most buildings are earthquake proof but the tsunami was totally devasting.

One thing I've never understood though is why they build buildings on low lying land next to the sea in Tsunami prone areas. Surely it would make more sense to build them high up on the valley sides than in down in the valleys / river basins.

This is one of the videos that brings it home:

Warning not overly graphic but may upset.

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?

I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.

    WTF?
That there is very very very poor taste and a testament to how low some people can scrape.... Karma implosion.

For what it is worth, those very people are not satisfied that Japan was nuked not once, but twice? For fuck sake, those comments just make me sick.

    That is just FUCKED

Please excuse my language and out roar.

Not to mention the gross lack of education....

'That'll teach those Krauts!' (or words to that effect...)

There's also some video of some 'God warrior' woman proclaiming this is just the first strike for the West, coz they've got God on their side!!
It would be bloody hilarious if it wasn't true....

They all need a slap round the face with a wet fish
