Default 2 3w-5w yag laser projectors. Osls brand. Practically new.

I have 2 YAG laser projectors for sale. They were manufactored by One Stop Laser Shop 8/2008 and have essentially collected dust since then. They were intended for a club installation but the buyer backed out. As such, they have seen little to no use. One of the heads was used for about 12 hours for a corporate gig for Lowes under the care of Jeff Silverman of Nth Degree Creative. It was also used for a demo in California a few months afterwards. The other tagged along on the Lowes gig but was not used. Last year both units were sent back to OSLS for recertification and metering just to make sure they were in like new condition. The first unit recieved new annodization on a few of its projector plates to remove some minor cosmetical imperfections just to give it a new like appearance. The second unit was sent along for redundancy. Both were metering close to 5W. However, I purchased them as 3W units but since many of you in the laser business know, brand new lasers tend to burn hotter than rated. According to Fred Johnson of OSLS, both units are in perfect condition and club ready. In short, they aren't new but also not used either. I guess the most accurate term you can use is "demoed" or "floor model." One has about 20 hours on it, the other no more than 5.

    Specs:

-Projectors are house in OSLS LT-1000 projector case. Check this link for a pic:
    http://www.onestoplasershop.com/enclosures.htm
    They are approximately 65 lbs.

-Each projector has a pair of EMS - 4000 Infinity 45K ILDA scanners. All the amps and power supplies and cables, etc.

-Each projector is show ready. ILDA compatible outlet, key locks, and emergency kill switch. It has all the CDRH stickers and is completely legal. You just need to get your own variance.

Since both of these lasers are still in the UNOPENED SHIPPING BOXES FROM OSLS, I don't have an actual picture of them to post. I also cannot open the boxes to take a picture as they are still "sealed" since being shipped from OSLS. I am, however, completely fine with opening them to a perspective customer in person.

I paid $35,000.00 for these brand new. I will consider offers of $10,000.00 (each) or more. Any sale will be DONE AT A BANK. This is to ensure safety, security, and to avoid fraud. I will transport them to a bank in my truck, we go inside, complete the sale, I help you load them into your vehicle. We shake hands and that's that.

    You may:
1 - Bring any laser meter you want.
2 - Bring any ILDA controller you want (I have both Full Auto USB and Pangolin).
3 - Bring no more than 2 persons with you.

    You may NOT:
    1 - Disconnect any wiring.
2 - Open the laser head itself.
3 - Alter the laser components in anyway.
4 - Bring them outside my dwelling to demo.

I realize the nature of this business leads to skeptisim, so I am going to allow any neccasary inspection to prove authenticity. But I am not willing to let any alteration occur to jeopardize the sale of these lasers.

I have 3 years of emails with Fred johnson and Amanda Pou of One Stop Laser Shop to legitimize all my claims in this ad. I am willing to share them to prospective buyers in person.

    Email me with questions, mcfly702@cox.net

    Default Hmmmmm

I would like to say that I am interested, but honestly can't without seeing inside the boxes and inside the LT1000 enclosures.
$10,000.00 for the contents of a cardboard box? That's one hell of a leap of faith.
Is it a matter of national security?
What make and model laser head is in there? Why can't we see the workmanship of the build, or atleast a few photos of the lasers in action?
I am not trying to be rude, but as a potential buyer, I would need to see some more photos before deciding if I am interested or not.
I don't see what value a "sealed" cardboard box has versus seeing the actual contents up and running. You may very well find a buyer here. PL is a great marketplace, but for someone to even consider spending 10K, IMO you'll need to document this sale with legit photos and specs.

I can understand your question but if you take a second to re-read the ad, you will notice I do not want to open the boxes yet. As I stated before, these haven't been opened since they left One Stop so the last person to touch them was Fred. I want to keep it that way until a serious buyer comes forward. I for one would feel a bit better buying a laser knowing it was fresh from One Stop because if it was already out of the box it could have been used a million times. You as a buyer couldn't tell the difference. I hope that clears it up.

To answer your other questions, I'll be as detailed as possible.

It's not a matter of national security, read above. Thanks.

As far as the manufactorer of the Laser heads OSLS keeps that information propriatary (sp?) to protect their sales. Anyone who does business with OSLS would probably concur with that. According to OSLS, they are a laser manufactorer out of Germany. I am virtually certain it is a KVANT laser.

I think I have some photos of the inside of the projector on a hard drive somewhere. I'll look for that and post them on photobucket when I can.

I don't have any pics of these lasers in action because they never were in action. I was not exagerating when I stated "essentially sat and collected dust." The only times of use were the ones mentioned in the ad.

You can PM me for my phone number if you would like to discuss this more in detail.

ALSO - I forgot to mention, I am a licensed business in Las Vegas, NV. Being that, my company is bonded by the state. Even though any buyer would be buying them personally from me, you are protected by a bond.

someone correct me if im wrong , BUT,

    Kvant is NOT in Germany.
Besides, Kvant does not manufacter 532nm laser heads ,( in the watts range.)
So your selling a CDRH enclosure with an unknown laser head inside .....
    Good Luck.

    Lightbulb

Based on picture 4, I would say it is a Viasho laser that may have come from Kvant. The lable is very similar to the lable on the Viasho that came with my Kvant Spectrum. I can't really say if the hand writing is the same but the lables look very close. When was this picture taken?

Viasho, sounds about right. It looks like machined work ive seen before, cant recall if it was Viasho or CNI, most likely it is a viasho 532nm.
Nice laser. and good price for 5 watt green in a CDRH enclosure...
