I visited the site, you could go up to the 19th floor of the utrecht university where the lasers were set up. They were 6 jenlas rgb's and one 532 dpss. All the lasers were provided by laserfabrik, except for one jenlas rbg which came from laserimage.
It was a similar setup as seen in Berlin and New York, except they used "university colors" instead of "rainbow-colors".
It looks like the yellow beam goes through the window-post, that's right, they drilled a hole right there.

thanks for posting that, past Tuesday I actually drove underneath them on the A27 wondering where they were pointing these laser and why. For a minute I thought the faculty of medicine had found a better use for their lasers :-)
