    Default Royal Wedding

    Who's watching the Royal Wedding?

I'll be watching every second... Makes you proud to be British

Congratulations to William and Kate, I wish them a long, happy and peaceful life together.

Andy you should move to Scotland, there is less than no interest here.. especially out Glasgow way.

I'm actually at work because even though it's a "holiday" the company don't officially reconginse it. (The company is French owned)

But since my mum in New Zealand is a huge fan of the Royal Family, I shall also with Wills and Kate a happy life together.. it all changes after you put the ring on the finger and squeeze out a child or two.. allthough I assume they may have a little help with Childcare.

While my wife will be watching every second, I'll be upstairs in the lab doing one (or all) of the following:

    • Drinking Shiraz
    • Testing LPC-826 diodes
    • Stabbing myself in the leg with the same fork I use when completing tax returns

I was all set to watch it until the Palace decided "The Chaser" could not provide voice overs for the Australian broadcast.... Pffff. "No humour" they said... What better targets for some Aussie ribbing than the Royal family and all their folly...

Besides, when they snubbed Fergie, Prince Fredrick and Mary I lost interest. They take snobbery to a new level.

Ok, I watched a bit, just to keep er indoors appy (my wife is British). I had to leave when she started crying...

Some nice cars, especially the Jag used for the Mother of the bride. Looked like 20" wheels, looked pretty mean. Lurve the old Daimlers.....

Anyone here doing the lasers for the party?

    Now were is my Shiraz!!!!

I didnt plan on watching it but I have been drawn into it and I agree, it does make me feel proud to be British.

I think the bride is beautiful.

I too wish them all the best.
