If so, shoot me a PM on how it should be 'streamlined for sewing', (...I'm thinking mostly 'number of colors'? I could easily simplify to 'just RGB' + the grey, though I think the 'spectrum' is cooler, yah? and I'll kick it out... best-before Thurs, since I'll be on shows from then till Sun...

Thanks! Not sure if I'll be able to make SELEM V or not, will totally depend on the show-sched in Aug.... we'll see...

Anyhoo, lemme know - I had hoped to only 'spawn' some ideas from others... but, either way, happy to help...

    cheers..

Haven't chimed in but love the negative space/black mirror/ galvo idea. Looking forward to wearing it proudly. (Have my 2010 shirt on at work today.)

    Hey Jon,

Number of colors isn't too much of a problem, it does require a manual thread change, but it doesn't take long to do. My concern was with complexity of the image. I've shown the logo in your link to the relative that handles this and she says it looks fine. It will now be sent off to the digitizer on Monday, if there is a problem I'll let you know, if not, this is the official SELEM V logo to be embroidered!

Ok guys, the test embroidered logo looks awesome, except for the part that says v2011. That part looks like hash. The logo is being sent back to be redigitized to try and clean this part up a bit. If it again turns out bad, is there anyone who would be all upset about it if we were to drop the v2011 all together?

Suggestion: why not 'fill those in', solid? That should-not increase the thread-count, too-violently, yes? It's a pretty-small area...

    Here'd be my koncept:

...if this does not werk, lemme know - happy to help mod it, again / as-needed, in the next couple days, (till Thurs nite) then I'll be 'on the road-again', till Tues... next week, I could help a bit, too, but then I get dragged-under, again... Lemme know...

    That sounds about right!

Whatever it is, I think it belongs to the well-endowed chick that shoots down UFO's with high-powered laser-equipped eyeballs -
and should never become part of the logo of a SELEM shirt!!

I must be getting old -
I relate to this "anime" stuff even less than I do some of the modern "dance music"...
