    Default XJ A140 Cases

Is there a market for the XJA140 projector housings? everything is intact in them except obviously the diodes and blocks are removed.

I think people were going after the dichros and fans or something in these?

I have quite a few of them. anyone know (if there is a market for them) what they are selling for? $50? $100? $20?

Well one idea may to bring them to SELEM. I traded one for some great things that I needed.
When the first harvestng began I saw one go on FeeBay for over $140, but that may have been a fluke. The nylon cases can be handy for many other items and some have had success selling the remote controls. I have sold a few of the red phlatlight LEDs and the fans, although rather loud, they do move a lot of air. One idea that occured to me was to gut the entire case and use it plus one or more fans (maybe not on from the projector btw) to fashion a laptop cooler.

The power cord can be used for some laptops (older usually) etc and the other cord is the same one that some flatscreen computer monitors take. The dichros sell fairly well and there are a lot of lenses and a few FS mirrors too. The green phosphor wheel is and interesting item and there are heatsinks and at least one TEC(under the red LED).

    hope this has been helpful.

I bought one for $50, but I have seen them sell for as high as $100. I think a reasonable price is within this range. Then again, I have also seen people selling the individual components for a sum of much more than this.
