DTR, Do you have a spec sheet for NUBM44? I would be interested in seeing the specified current and operating temperature range. The far field divergence straight out of the chip would be interesting to see as well to know what kind of fiber it can be coupled into. i realize that you demonstrated LI performance for a single device, but the official specs are created with longevity of the devices in mind.
That is for NUBM05s ...... not NUBM44s
