5mw to 15mw LD in blue and yellow

I am looking for someone that has Laser Diodes 5 - 15mw in 473 - 488nm or in yellow, i have to make some prototypes in these wavelength, to compare with green once.

I think I saw someone at LPF open a thread to list all the diodes out there; some of them were not cheap but I think the 473 you want was listed, not sure about the yellow.

Direct diode yellow does not exist outside of the lab, yellow only comes in rather expensive, large, and power hungry DPSS modules.

Nichia offers 488 nm direct diodes, but you'll see a 1500$ price tag.

So again, you are looking at a diode pumped solid state laser for the blue in the wavelength range you have specified.

I see this company with 473 and 515, but no yellow.
