Any DAC in the £300-£400 bracket.

I'm no PAngo fanboy, but I do believe the FB3 represents great value for money.

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?

I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.

I think the FB3 package is a great value, too. I would have bought one long ago if they had an API.

Maybe we need to create a 'Pango should prioritize the FB3 API' Facebook page and get everyone to like it.

Quite simply, I *must* have Laseroids/Asteroids

I wasn't trying to defend Pangolin specifically, just saying that's how it has to work unless you're a million unit a week super conglomerate or a small back street guy with another employment.

I guess I am going to defend them here. This is a big year for them what with the Beyond launch and many other projects so its easy to understand why they'd prioritise money making projects over community projects such as an api. I'm sure it will arrive eventually, its just equally I'm sure at the moment there are other things taking priority.

I don't think you need to jump to their defense *all* the time. I think most people understand why an API hasn't yet appeared and release dates have slipped in the past.

In case it wasn't patently obvious, your first quote from me is a joke.

I've talked to Bill about APIs to Pango products and what I took away from the conversation is that it ain't gonna happen.

The FB3 is a good choice. I am sorry for your installation woes. For the record, you are the only person I have heard from that has had that problem.
