I purchased one two weeks ago and loving it as a device

I installed Touch-OSC to see how it works on an Android tablet, unfortunately it doesn’t support tablet format yet

2X Client is a fairly good RDP client that works well on the Xoom so it could be a worthy interim candidate for controlling live pro (I haven’t tried it yet)

BTW there is a fairly good forum for Xoom at http://www.xoomforums.com and XDA-Developers has a Xoom section as well

Also if you’re device doesn’t have the 3.1 update apparently it fixes a lot of lag issues and network drop-outs that are in 3.01, worthy rooting if need be (be careful though as there is a difference from the Euro model and the US model)
