Default DAC and software for Mac OS X

I just purchased an ILDA compatible 330mW RGB laser. I am a mobile DJ and I use a MacBook Pro (intel, current gen). Where can I find a DAC and software compatible with Mac OS X?

    Hi fellow Mac user! Respect

A copy of VMWare Fusion with a Windows VM is your best bet for the time being. You'll have access to all the options then.

My recommendation is to do yourself a favour and get a Pangolin QuickShow 2 package. The FB3 DAC is the bomb, as is the QS software. This will have a great deal of life in it compared to many of the other options.

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

I wonder if the MAC was just running dual operating systems? The reason I sold my Macbook was because it was capable, but this was well over a year ago.

I have no clue if this is running natively on a mac.
I hope so for you guys, i've always been a windows user and have no need for switching (no offense to any mac user, my preference is just different that's all)

Red face Pangolin Quickshow is Not for MAC

Nothing would please me more than having a software package like Pangolin Quickshow ported to the Mac OS. After going through the Pangolin web site throughly, I saw nothing for the Mac OS. The photo of their booth showing a user with a MacBook Pro running Quickshow must have been in either Virtual Mode or in a Boot Camp Partition.

It makes sense for a company to spend the time to develop a Mac version of an important program like Quickshow. Mac has been using the Intel chip now for quite a few years. Compatibility is not a major issue any longer. The SDK's available from apple along with their Free Technical support makes it a no-brainer in most cases.

It certainly does help if the Mac users interested in the program contact Pangolin directly and let them know there is interest in a Mac O/S version.
