Hi all, new here on PL!
Just built a 445 handheld and own a few cheap greens, made a spirograph so nothing impressive or anything but wow am I addicted.

Anyway a few questions,
1) Would I be correct in saying I could hook the 70$ system up to a soundcard DAC system and use programs through a correction amp with this kit?

2) What is the function of the two driver boards? (are they even needed for simple soundcard DAC beamshows?). I thought you could hook galvos straight to a correction amp??? Do they just provide correct current etc to galvo or something..but then I dont understand how TTL could control a galvo.. ahhh HEEELLPPP

3) Would you advise the 20kpps as a starter kit for someone who wants to do simple beamshows, no graphics/text? AND a total newbie :P

I just received my DT40s from Omar. Shipping to the US was less than a week (fastest I have ever received anything from China) and everything looks good.
