I still have an old SVS scanner set with the directions! What holy crap. It was my first actual laser scanner. Had speakers and mirrors before that and a hene I killed off on a HENE 12kv transformer. Was fun watching it arc over. I was only 12 at the time. Fire was good. Little red dot was boring. This was about the same age my friends and I would launch my sisters barbie over the house on a D rocket engine. Flew amazingly straight with a stick attached.

Speaking of blast from the past.

Does any one remember that 19 inch rack mount laser controller? I for the life of me can not remember the name of it, but it was like a lighting console desk. They would even custom paint a image in the from panel. I think the stock image was a cartoon style chick... I would love to find one of them.. Need to do some deep google searching here now.
