I thought AZ was tougher on laser laws?

Yes AZ is one of the toughest on lasers and thier use, Thare are few of us suffering those laws here in Arizona, you are not to use anything over .39Mw to audiance scan unless the beam divergence is large enough not to excced the MPE. The only thing I can figure is that it's a 532 Nm being the easyest to see and a hazer to enhance the effect is fooling every body that it is high power, to do that show he has to have a fedral varience befor getting a AZ state varience, both are required to do a show here in AZ.

Karl should add that as a state recognized LSO, he is responsible for EVERY laser in the venue, including ones that are NOT his.
