    Where I can get OpNext 637nm diodes?

    Other than from OpNext (the single mode ones).

    Had partial success with it this w/e .. results:

    HL6388MG diode: 637nm. Test results: 230mW after optics. Driving at 411mA. Beam size at
    aperture is 9x4mm, at 100 ft is 4x45mm; equates to: 1.181 mRad full-angle divergence. Is a
    rectangular beam-spot. Using single prism rather than prism pair to prevent additional
    losses. Will post power-up pix asap
    ( the lighting wasn't right) ..
