Interesting to read. I did a search on the 63133 diode and didn't find much.
    Questions:
    1: Is it a 5.6 mm?
2: Is the die isolated or case+ ?
3: How many AMPS!!!! are you feeding the diode for "full" power?

Thank You --- I didn't find the data page. Those two links look the same but one would not work.
    250 mA isn't too bad.
    Thanks again -- HMike

    .
Compared to the 2.2V@ 18AMPS that my argon cathode heater gobbles up, yeah.. we're living in luxury-land a.t.m. .. (I had to wind that transformer secondary myself. what a P.I.A. .

    Thanks again -- HMike
    -edit- .. You're welcome, Mike..

I have 2 AI's Heater current is a PITA !!! Lots of heat there but needed for the large cathode current to protect the fillament.
How much current are you running on these 63133 diodes? I see 250 mA but that's usually conservative.
Thanks for the reminder --- I had a little trouble firing up my AI ML tonight. I have to light it up more often!
