Default Machine work for two Flexmods

I need two Flexmods to finish my first projector but I'm needing to save as much cash as possible for gas to get to SELEM. I could wait till I got back and my finances settled but I wanted to bring my projector to SELEM!

Anyway, by day I'm a professional machinist. By night/weekend I'm a hobby machinist with access to professional equipment and machines (not to mention scrap piles!) If you needed something accurate made cheap than I'm your guy!

Some of the machines I use are posted here, http://www.rice-precision.com/equipment.html Please pardon my horrible website, I thought I would try my hand at being a web designer as well and it didn't work so well.

Here are some pictures of previous work I've done...

This is the beginning of my projector, I still need to surface grind a few parts to make them look better...

Copper heatsinks for a certain flashlight. I do somewhat live on the pointer forums, but pointers have become a little boring to me lately.

A Chevy logo for my old S10, this was the result of me experimenting with Mastercam.

A whole bunch of Kryton Grooves!

So, I would be willing to make some parts for two Flexmods. I'm not interested in anything else right now, not even cash. I can help design something for you or I can work off of a solid model or simply a print. I've got tons of scrap aluminum around, lots more stainless steel and a small bit of copper. I can order some more material if I don't have something around though.

I would like to get this done ASAP though, like I said I wanted to get my projector finished for SELEM and I need those flexmods to finish! Send me a PM if you are interested, and thanks for looking!

Laser (the acronym derived from Light Amplification by Stimulated Emissions of Radiation) is a spectacular manifestation of this process. It is a source which emits a kind of light of unrivaled purity and intensity not found in any of the previously known sources of radiation. - Lasers & Non-Linear Optics, B.B. Laud.

Why don't you just machine the mounts yourself?

Yep, the address on my site is where my shop is, I live a few miles away. If anyone around here wants to have a little LEM let me know! I think I'm the only one in Kansas with an interest in lasers...

I will be making my own flexy mounts, in fact I will have a bunch left over that I will probably try to trade for other goodies I need. I'll post that up when I have them though.
