    Damn fine looking build.
    How long before you start calling yourself a "Pro" builder and start earning a living with it ?
    Product that good puts a lot of other commercially available products to shame.

    Perhaps the 2 fets on your diode driver board gives the design away?

    Nope, it’s a driver with 2 separate outputs (we're only using 1)
    There are also components on the bottom layer.
    For now only 6 prototypes are build.

    yes only 3 diodes, aprox 400mW of 640nm after the aperture, but with superb beam specs.
    Only power after the galvo and beamspecs counts. these are not laserword watts
