??? Are you a Chinese OEM or asking about a Chinese OEM? You got any pix or more manuf. details? $18,500. USD for 10W of RGB sounds like a stolen car, to me...

I'm not trying to be a 'smart-alek', but how are we supposed to help judge if this is 'legit' or not when we haven't the foggiest idea of what Co. you are talking-about, and no-reference pix, etc - That's an awful lot of 'firepower' for such a low-cost; like I said, sounds like either a damaged or stolen-goods-level 'deal'...
Or, Is this, like, 'dealer' pricing?? Even-so, yeah - ~$9800. USD for 10W RGB, etc - that would be very-suspicious pricing... need more info...

Laserknowhow appear to sell NRG lasers which are well respected at the cheaper end of the market.

This is the biggest I could find for sale on ebay - 8 Watts for £7,999.00 ($13,181.44 US according to XE.com):

On that basis I'd have to say no as I'm guessing 10W would be more expensive still.

Just wanted to add also, on the 8W laser colour mod is 10khz compared to your claimed 30khz. Scanner speeds look similar with 35K at 15 degrees although 50K is mentioned the angle is very narrow at only 5 degrees, so I'm guessing they're 30-35K scanners practically speaking although they do offer a DT40 upgrade for only a couple of hundred pounds and DT40's are the dogs.
