Create a laser file.

Hello!
I just became a member since this seemed like the best forum to get some help with a laser. I work for a restaurant called GLIS and we want to have our
logo on a wall by a laser. The laser only supports .IDL files and is usinga microSD card for memory. I have the logo in SVG and PNG but i cant find a single program to make it to .IDL except for programs we have to pay for which we don't really want to since we don't have anyone that is like really into making lasershows.
Is there a free program i can use to just convert it??

A bit more information is needed before anyone could really help -

Verify the supported file type (perhaps it's ILD, and not IDL); what are the scanner speeds; how many laser colors; TTL or analog modulation.

Here is an unoptimized frame file. I need to reinstall ILD SOS since I reinstalled XP before I can run it through ILD SOS to see how well it can be optimized, but try this one first. It is a bit flickery to me. glis.ild

I am new to the area and would like to take some questions, but I wonder how early do I move an image to have?
is there any program to do this? What program? because I have to create movements for some of my images.
