Saved me a few times when making something for school :P

But those big flow charts can get quite time expensive when you have to edit them all back together as one image.

Conclusion: just go with a watermark.

Also fail at the guys sending that mail to someone they stole from. LOL

    Hey Sir Bridge -

Yep, it's a pain in the 屁股 but really the best-way to 'protect' your wares - need-not be more than a 10-20% 'ghost' over your image, but it would be good to put it in the center, so they can't 'crop' around it... I (personally, if I had a product-store..) would also send an email to my entire Client-base, as well-as a 'NOTICE' on my storefront, that 'Please be aware that (whatever that Co.-name, is...) is using images of our products to sell theirs, here: (example link) here: (example link) and here: (example link) Please be aware of this before choosing your supplier..' - something to that effect.

Of course, you'd have to take that page down, immediately, if they stopped using your images, but, then - mission-accomplished...

I'm with ya, Bridge - I really, really *despise* the image-pirates... 'fake it till ya make it' is a horrible foundation to build a biz-on... Fail...

Hope you win over them, Bridge...
    cheers...

I see images on ebay all the time that are stolen from this forum.

The only way to protect images is to watermark them, or digitally watermark them... i will always be able to copy a image from the screen, no matter if i do java script or any other form of protection... i would use a digital protection system that is embedded in the picture as a fractal...
