uhmm.. sure.. you are correct.. 800mW hmmz..
Have not been eating much food today ! so my brain is not working perfectly

Well there is 400mW red, 150mW blue 150mW green that is 700mW total
BUT.. the green and blue is somelike 120-150mW ...
And I guess that the mirror and the lenses take some power ..

    So let`s say it`s 0.5WATT

Haha! Ok - that works. I was just curious if you had suddenly gone out and bought a $2000 DPSS blue or something!

Still, you're looking at a total output of 650 - 700 mw, which will be plenty bright. The F2000 unit that Dream Beamz has only makes 400 mw (300 of red, 50 of blue and 50 of green), yet it looks great, even inside a house during the day! So your setup ought to be really great...

I would only add that once you are *really* close to perfect alignment, you might have better luck tweaking both lasers at the same time. (Or move one laser 1/2 as much as you think it needs, then go do the same to the other one.)
I was thinking more like aligning one laser first (for example the blue), once it was perfectly aligned, turn it off and align the other one (red). But your idea should also work great

I agree with you buffo, aligning a trichro shouldn't take 5 hours, but, I can't really say, I don't have a trichro, and even if I did, I don't have different lasers to align

The only downside I can see from using a trichro is the size, as the projector should be a little bigger than if using dichros. You need mor mirrors, and the lasers should farther apart from each other to allow space for the mirrors.
Remember the future?, That'd today, as you imagined it yesterday.

Yea it was nice at the end...
But I really really think that someone UP there dont want me to do this..
The blue laser is fucking with me now..
I dont know if it maybe need more cooling ?
But I have only had it ON for 5-10 min at one time...

The red is nice, but look at those sexy mirror mounts

Does your lasever blue have the old type controller with the LED display on it? If so, it has known problems with the modulation circuit. Mine would blink off and on if the modulation signals were not connected to anything. It got a lot better when I connected both the ttl and analog modulation wires to +5V. You need to be *absolutely sure* that you don't put more than 5V on the analog wire since it will actually overdrive the laser. I'd recommend a 5.1V zener diode and a current limiting resistor just to be safe.

Laser did work perfect with no TTL signal first day !
But the second day it start to acting crazy !!

    Yes it`s a LED display ..
I have tryed to connect the analog signal to it.. with no help (it start almost OK, but fade out after a sec)

If you say i can connect the TTL wire togheter with the analog? I try that...
