445 beam pattern

is this a normal beam pattern for a 445 module?

bought it from snoctony

very blurry pic. but yeah- looks prefectly normal to me. they arent "dots." they are more like bars or stripes.

i think it looks strange being of centre and the mystic line beneath the the main beam?
btw power is turned down to minimum

Dirty optics, internal reflection or off centre optics perhaps?
