    Would anyone else be interested in participating in a group buy for some cambridge clone scanners? If I can organise at least 5 people I can get these scanners for $225 per set. This will INCLUDE postage to anywhere in the world.

    Ok, Im Kinda interested, is there a website that has some imagery displayed? Beams? Also, here in canada/USA we use 120V , The specs show 220/240

    OK, checking out the voltage compatability, should be OK though as its a switch mode power supply.

    The scanners pictured have a tendency of the power amp section blowing up, mainly due to the fact the power amp is made up of discrete transistors, and not a power amp chip with inbuilt current limiting and over temp protection..

    We sold these early on, but replaced them with the current model of 15k we sell..

    I've blown mine today
    I never got them running to 15k
    The best I got was about 10k but that wasn't perfect.

    I haven't gotten them yet but dave's 30ks came out to $614USD off eBay with expidited shipping.

    The bottom picture that shows text "LASER SHOW SYSTEMS" looks very distorted, is it or is it a peculiar font?
    Also what rate was it drawn at?
