Ok,

I can appreciate the summer just as well as anyone here but you can mix work with play.
So guys, you've got until Aug 12th to listen to tunes and vote.
We will then compile the songs and make one last vote, majority rules .

Ok Folks,

It's been over a month since this project started and I posted this thread and the voting turnout has been pathetic.

The only people whi voted were Liteglow ( forgot to vote on Graphic show tune)
JKaiser3000 and Buffo . Counting myself that's only 4 members .

So far votes for the Beamshow tune are as follows:
1. Any color You Like by Pink Floyd ( One vote)
2. High Roller by Crystal Method (one vote)
3. Hit That by the Offspring (one Vote)
4. Relax by Franjie goes to Hollywood (one vote ) *** Already done by a Pro and part of the laser shows you get with pangolin ***

For Graphics Show the tunes are as follows:
1. Tuf Enuff by The fabulous Thunderbirds
2. High Roler by Crystal Method
3. Richard Strauss, 2001 A Space Oddydey , movie theme song

C/Mon folks, we need more votes here or this is not going to happen

I can try my best whatever song we deside to use


I did not wote on any graphic, becouse I will not be a part of that !!
And I really really dont know what track you want to use


I think you need to set up a POLL on the 4 songs we got !!
Then there will be ONLY ONE to use set up the POLL to last 5-7 days..
So we can get started.. (well my RGB is not finnish anyway, so I need to wait 10-20 days )

Hey Rick...

Since there isn't a whole lot of input on the graphics show side, and since you are heading it up anyway, why not just go with your song. (Tough Enough, by the Fabulous Thunderbirds)

I think we can all work with that song, and by selecting it now, it will give people a chance to start thinking about themes and stuff...

For the beamshow song we can set up a poll like Liteglow suggested, since there isn't much storyboarding that needs to be done for a beamshow.

So let's just agree to do "Tough Enough".... Sound good?

Ok,

So far we only have 5 voting members out of 11 people.
I don't want to waste any more time waiting for votes from members who have time to post new threads but no time to participate .

I also don't want to waste time with a poll on tunes for the beamshow, judging by the current voting process it'll take another month and trunout will be poor.
*** Since we already have 2 votes for "Hit That" we'll use it for the Beamshow.

*** We'll use " Tuf Enuff " for the Graphics Lasershow as was suggested.

Ok, then. The tunes have been chosen. Lets break up into teams and start brainstoming on themes, characters, storyboarding etc.....

Liteglow, perhaps you should PM your team members who wanted to participate in the Beamshow.
I will do the same with the Graphics team.
