Default DPSS laser dims after 1 second

Hi everyone, I have a problem with a green 532 green DPSS laser.
I tried finding a solution on the forum, but didn't find any (or tried with the wrong keyword).

The laser comes out a cs-400RGB V1.0 LW (I know the LW quality ) projector and should be rated at 70 mW, but I noticed that when the laser is turned on the brightness is a whole lot brighter and than suddenly drops at maybe 60% after one second and stabilizes until you turn it off and back on again the same repeats itself.
If I lower the scanspeed to extremely slow then the brightness is ok with some blanking, with no blanking same problem as stated above.
The white is pink and yellow is more orange due to this problem.

Is there someone who can help me with this, is it a laser issue or a driver issue?
What can I do to fix this?
I posted an image of the green laser with his driver.
Thank you allready for your reply.

Sounds like the temperature regulation in the laser head is off a little bit. Temperature tuning DPSS is a royal pain in the @$$, hopefully someone should be able to give you some tips.

oh so its performing as expected then lol

I would think its probably the diode tec if any if its a rapid loss of brightness... IIRC temp drift in the KTP should be gradual, but if the diode drifts in wavelength the output difference will be dramatic

Indeed a Laserworld fixture :-( and the difference in output is dramatic.
Is there somebody who can give me some tips on how to check the TEC and adjusting it?
I see a lot of whires going in the module and on top of the driver I see 2 pots, I must check if there are more then 2 (TEC diode, TEC KTP, current,...)

Thank you allready for your replies.

well, this looks familiar i have one just like it (rated for 100mw but outputing something like 65mw - 85mw)

fisrt of all (if all else fails) you can find replacement "heads" all over ebay

i can tell you that you will only find 2 trim pots on it and nothing else.
i can also tell you that i have contacted many ebay sellers and none has a clue what these trim pots do
there is no official manufacturer to ask

so, your guess is as good as anyones

if you don't live in the US and you can;t figure anything else out, i could send you mine. it has not seen much use and i don't have much use for it anymore

Thank you for the information, I'll keep that in mind.
I send an email to "Shenzhen Super Laser Technology Co" (found via alibaba.com) for more information, I hope they reply.
If they do I'll let you know.

Other tips and info are always welcome.

    Thank you
