Looking forward to meeting you. Dimmers has now become part of the LEM furniture and we'd miss him if he couldn't make it

@Geeeee12345. There'll probably be another LEM scheduled for around September time I think. Jim can probably enlighten us on that one .

As for the ShowLEM, it's more of a 'travel light' affair, you really only need to bring any shows that you have made (or unusual shows we might not have), either on disk/laptop/computer. All other gear is pretty much organised between a few 'regulars' and everyone can just plug into that. We'll probably have around five RGB projectors set up on a truss, as well as multiple QM2000's, FB3's and a few other DAC's.

The ShowLEM was specifically organised to fill a gap at the regular LEM's, this being that we were so busy enjoying ourselves that we never really found the time to do synchronised multi-projector shows as everyone was busy doing their own thing. It's a really chilled out affair and a nice place to meet up for a chat and catch up. It certainly isn't meant as a competitor to the main LEM's and was really only meant to run as a 'one off'. It's been organised again this year due to demand following last years highly successful event.

    Cheers

    Jem

    Well,

I may or may not be there (Adam, I'll reply to your pm.. promise! ) Financial constraints, etc..

But.. I really should turn up to take delivery of what is a little larger than a "small fridge" and is sitting in the back of Tony's van at the mo.. they used a bloody forklift to get it in.

The only way I'll get it home is to bring it into the Surfleet kitchen and get the screwdrivers (and hacksaw) out.

Can you tell what it is yet ?

Ok Laser freaks, August, September dates available at the hall are as follows:

    Friday 24 - 25 - 26th of August with the 27th being a Bank Holiday Monday

    OR

    Friday August 31st - 1 - 2nd of September?

These are the only dates around this time that they have available.
