Unhappy Help me out to find my scanner problem !

I have a RGB laser using DT-40 PRO galvos.
There was some bad noise on the galvo output, after a connection from both X and Y signal into GND it was better.
But I still have some trouble on the scanning, it seems that it worse at one side ?

Any advice how I should approach this problem?

    Here is a video:

I would also like some advice on the output settings

    Cheers

I don't know what software that is, but I would try changing Max Scanspeed to 30000 and if that does not help make your output size smaller.

for sure drop the size down,,use a ILDA Frame and drop the speed down as phredy said. Def. looks like noise in that signal

I use scan speed from 5000-40.000 depending on the size of the output (angle and distance)
    Software is Mamba Black.

I can ensure you that the software\dac is not the problem.
I`m pretty sure it`s a ground problem inside the laser itself.

I dont have GND to my wall (220volt) .. maybe I should have that?

When I remove the AC adapter from my Laptop, the noise is less.
But there is still some noise in the beams, acting like a wave.

    anyone familiar with this problems?

not so sure there is anything inside the laser that is connected to the chassis.
I built the laser form ground !
the chassis is a 12mm thick aluminium plate.

    Did some more testing

    And now it`s 99% !
You want to know the real problem?

My easylase power supply was only at 6Volt !
Switched it to 12volt and it works perfectly now.
