A word on LPF...
Wicked Lasers, Slick Lasers, and Z-bolt have all profited greatly by smearing and slandering those of us who are Legit and importing and SELLING illegal lasers period. I WAS making a fairly good living working on a infrared helipad for pilots downed in the middle east. It fit in your pocket, shine on the ground in front of you, and the scanner laid an IR circle on the ground could be seen by rescue pilots with genII nightvision. I know it worked, someone had to use it. Long story short, there are members profiles that are indirectly related to those suppliers. I have been slandered by the LPF as "Non delivery"... cheap chinese BS, fake orders that were never shipped ect ect ect. ALL of it was NEVER TRUE....
So here I will say it, ahem...."FUCK THEM". it is not worth losing sleep over them ever again. Since that time I have appeared on MSNBC, the Discovery channel the science of starwars, and make high powered defense weapons for Xads.com. the REAL DEAL. If I had let those pathetic, shriveled little pea brains over at LPF shut me down, I would NOT be in the position I am now. It's a bullshitters forum anyways.
I have found this to be a very good forum, ideas are openly exchanged. Fuck even the shows that LPF has are mirrored linked to PL!!! I say flame them not, and take away support there... NO ONE needs a 2 watt handheld laser pointer to light a cigarette!! How FUCKIN DUMB and the fourm is dangerous in that respect.
Yep. I bent over backwards to support several of the users over there. No more. I won't even post specials there anymore.
Was this before Sept 2008....????
I don't seem to remember anything on LPF about a Portable Emergency IR Helipad...
(BTW... I would have thought it was a great idea...)
Do you have any links to those LPF Threads/Posts ??? Maybe the UserName you used
over there ??? Maybe a dateline/timeline when you were slandered ???
Maybe it's my memory finally failing but I honestly can't remember anything regarding
a Portable Emergency IR Helipad...
The way I see it is that there is no real practical use of a High Powered Portable Laser
as is.... A 2W hand held laser is like owning a 200 MPH car when the speed limit
is 55mph... "Bragging rights" and "because I can afford it"...

All I need now is a new computer. I refuse to install it on my wife's Pink laptop. Thanks for reconsidering this Gary. Thanks for the tech support on the demo too. Will order soon.~jimmy

I think you're looking for something that isn't there.
At no point did I read that he'd discussed this product on LPF, only that he'd been slandered and defamed there. Of course he may have discussed it, but I'm not sure his post suggested that...

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?
I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.
Hang in there Gary,
Having been there with you from the beginning of spaghetti, also owning two licenses, you have always been there for me.
I do use your software very much BTW! as we talked before, i would welcome a dongle protection.
