I know the brightness difference. I need more power because chroma says so. The beam quality of that linked module is awesome.

Chroma is *pure* theory, that's it.
Practically, you can permit yourself something like +-20 or 30% margin or even more, and still have a nice white balance, especially with the green power as it has some losses when modulated compared to direct injection red / blue diodes, that even without speaking about losses in the optics as the green often pass through multiples dichros.
kvant, RGB and arctos all use a 1:1:1 ratio
do you know why? cos in person when you see it the white balance is perfect. as sbk has just said chroma is theory not real life.
at the UK lems, which ive attended every single one people run projectors at 1:1:1 and ive seen the results. white!
do as you want its your kit, just offering good advice

Okay il accept 1,3W of 637 or 638nm then^^
Can someone else confirm this?
Lol that this became a other topic^^

cant say 1:1:1 ever worked for me ,always had a heavy green tint, only had luck at 1.6w red(638) , 1w green ,1.6w blue(445)
how good the dichros are also come into play as well
When God said “Let there be light” he surely must have meant perfectly coherent light.
